been on our site you are aware that the Merchandise we carry is High
fashion as well as highly seasonal. For that reason many of our “competitors”
do not refund money but offer store credit only.
We,
however want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and
recognize that sometimes things just don’t work out so in order
to continue doing business on the web and by phone we have instituted
the following policy.
Merchandise
not on sale may be returned unconditionally for a full
REFUND less shipping for up to one week from receipt
of the merchandise (defined as when our carrier drops off the merchandise
at your address). Thereafter, up to 2 weeks from your receipt
of merchandise, you may return the merchandise for a store credit,
which is valid for as long as we are in business. After 2 weeks
we will not accept any merchandise for return and any merchandise
that is sent to us will be returned to you at your expense.
Sale
merchandise may only be returned for refund less shipping cost within
one week of receipt. After one week, sale merchandise will not be
accepted back.
Unfortunately,
due to our flexible position in the past we have been forced to
institute a no exception stance on this.
