All packages are sent via UPS unless shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory (in which case packages are sent via US Postal Service). Your package will arrive within 4-6 business days after order is placed. Please refer to the Standard Delivery Charges when calculating shipping charges.

STANDARD DELIVERY

- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO address
take additional time.
- If shipping to more than one address, add $5 for each additional

RUSH DELIVERY*
- Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 1 p.m. (ET).
- For each address with at least one Rush item, add $12.50 to the Standard Delivery Charge.
- Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At the current time, shipping is only available within the USA. If you would like to have your order billed to an international address for items shipped within the USA, please enter the appropriate billing information during the checkout process.
At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may have your NeimanMarcus.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1.718.646.7992.

At BabysDreamNY, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below.
Merchandise not on sale may be returned unconditionally for a full REFUND less shipping for up to one week from receipt of the merchandise (defined as when our carrier drops off the merchandise at your address). Thereafter, up to 2 weeks from your receipt of merchandise, you may return the merchandise for a store credit. After 2 weeks we will not accept any merchandise for return and any merchandise that is sent to us will be returned to you at your expense.
Sale merchandise may only be returned for refund less shipping cost within one week of receipt. After one week, sale merchandise will not be accepted back.
Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of the two options:
In-store Returns
Present the merchandise to an associate at BabysDreamNY with the original receipt or gift receipt.
By Mail Returns
For future reference, retain the top portion of the Shipping Summary packing list. Enclose the completed Return Form with your shipment. For gift cards or charitable items, retain a copy of the original receipt or gift receipt. Include the original receipt or gift receipt in the shipment. Affix the pre-paid USPS Return Label to the outside of the package and send via U.S. Mail; a $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please insure the package and ship to:

ORDER CANSCELLATION

You may cancel any BabysDreamNY order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Please call 1.718.646.7992 to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.
